What Makes Veros a Game Changer: Modernization Accelerated
This year’s recognition highlights Veros’ role in supporting one of the valuation industry’s most significant modernization efforts: the transition from Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 2.6 to UAD 3.6.
As the technology provider behind the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®), a gateway through which appraisal data is submitted to the government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs), Veros expanded the appraisal submission process to accommodate UAD 3.6’s updated data requirements and enhanced validations. Building on this work with the GSEs, Veros extended its modernization efforts to support UAD 3.6 alignment within the Federal Housing Administration’s Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD) portal.
Veros’ work extended beyond the technology itself. Since 2022, our teams have collaborated with the GSEs and industry participants through development, testing, onboarding, and deployment. By supporting better-structured data and stronger validations, the modernization creates opportunities for improved data quality, deeper analytics, and greater process automation across the loan lifecycle.
