The new integrated payment method provides the ability for Borrowers and Appraisers to complete their payment online at a time and place convenient to them, as well as payment notifications and payment tracking. With Sapphire, users can also electronically deliver the appraisal to Borrowers and track their electronic delivery. With this functionality, Borrowers will have the ability to review and download the appraisal online through the Sapphire secure web portal.
