Veros’ Eric Fox Named a 2026 HousingWire Tech Trendsetter

Eric Fox earns 2026 HousingWire Tech Trendsetter recognition for advancing AI-powered property valuation technology and improving the accuracy and reliability of automated home valuations.

Veros Real Estate Solutions (Veros®) is pleased to announce that Eric Fox, Executive Vice President of Analytics and Chief Economist, has been named a 2026 HousingWire Tech Trendsetter.

The annual award recognizes housing technology leaders whose work is creating meaningful change across the industry. For Eric, that work has recently centered on one of automated valuation’s longstanding challenges: understanding the condition of an individual property at scale.

Eric has helped lead the development of VeroVISION™, which uses computer vision to analyze available property imagery and generate condition intelligence, and VeroVALUE Elite™, which can incorporate that intelligence directly into an automated valuation.

The results have been measurable. VeroVISION’s Veros Home Score has demonstrated a 93% correlation with human condition assessments. Testing of VeroVALUE Elite has shown more than a 3% improvement in nationwide P10 accuracy compared with traditional VeroVALUE, along with increased confident coverage in thin and rural markets.

Those advancements build on Eric’s more than 30 years of work in predictive technologies, economic modeling, valuation analytics and housing-market research. Beyond product development, he regularly helps industry professionals interpret housing-market conditions, and economic trends through RiskWire, webinars, research and publications.

Throughout his career, Eric has maintained a consistent focus on using data and technology to solve practical problems and give housing organizations better information for valuation and risk decisions.

Congratulations to Eric on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you to HousingWire for recognizing his contribution to housing technology.
