Eric Fox, Chief Economist and Sr. Vice President of Data Modeling, provides expert leadership in predictive technologies, economic modeling methodologies, and collateral valuation forecasting. He brings more than 30 years of experience to his role, including statistical and econometric modeling, probabilistic life methodology development, statistical training, probabilistic design software development, and probabilistic financial analysis.
Fox has published more than 20 technical papers on probabilistic and statistical methods. He received his master's degree in statistics and a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics from Purdue University.

Jeffrey Hogan
Vice President, Valuations
Jeff Hogan has over 30 years’ experience as a state-certified real estate appraiser. Jeff is our principal expert and leader for all matters related to residential property appraisals and valuation solutions. This includes the development and enhancement of our automated appraisal-scoring tools, analytic products, portals and systems. His responsibilities also include reviewing and analyzing real estate property valuation data, evaluating product performance, and recommending rule modifications.
Before joining Veros, Jeff was a senior reviewer appraiser for the Banc of California. He has held appraisal leadership roles in various large financial institutions including Bank of America and Citigroup. He received his bachelor's degree from Cal State Fullerton University and his MBA from the University of Redlands. Jeff also holds the SRA and AI-RRS designation with the Appraisal Institute.
