Welcome to FHA’s Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD) Portal Lender Agent Registration Form
This page allows EAD Lender Admins to register the Lender Agents they wish to assist them in delivering electronic appraisal data through the FHA EAD portal. Lender Admins need to provide their own information as well as the contact information for their Lender Agent. Once the registration form is submitted, the Lender Agent will receive additional instructions on completing the FHA EAD portal registration process.
Before Getting Started:
If you are a Lender Admin, please confirm that the Lender Agent on whose behalf you are submitting this form has not been previously registered in the FHA EAD portal. To confirm this, please log into the FHA EAD portal and verify that the Lender Agent does not appear in the Lender Agent list.
If you are Lender Agent, you will need to contact a Lender Admin that you do business with to have them complete this form on your behalf.
What Happens After I Submit the Required Form?
After the Lender Admin submits the required form on the right-hand column of this page, Veros will send an email notification to the Lender Admin to verify the request was received and to confirm that the form was in fact submitted by the Lender Admin.
Veros will then send the EAD Lender Agent invitation to the Lender Agent via the contact information provided in the form. Please note that Veros will not send the EAD Lender Agent invitation if the Lender Agent is already registered in the FHA EAD portal.
Please expect up to two (2) business days for receipt of the EAD Lender Agent Invitation by the Lender Admin. Veros recommends Lender Admins notify the intended Lender Agents to anticipate this invitation and to verify accuracy of contact information in order to speed this process.
After the completion of the registration process, Lender Agents appear on the Lender Agent list in the FHA EAD portal. The Lender Agent list allows Lenders to identify and authorize Lender Agents to upload appraisals to the FHA EAD portal.
Important Information
The Lender Agent registration form may only be used by a Lender Admin to invite Lender Agents who can submit appraisals to the FHA EAD portal on their behalf. You may NOT submit a registration request using this form on behalf of Independent Fee Appraisers (or) Sponsored Originators.
