Darius Bozorgi, president and chief executive officer for Veros Real Estate Solutions (Veros), is a national leader in valuation technology, predictive analytics and decision-support technology applications. Under his leadership, Veros has earned recognition as one of the top 25 mortgage technology companies by forging strategic alliances with Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and technology industries. In 2010, Veros was named the recipient of Mortgage Technology Magazine's 2010 Synergy Award for technological innovations in the mortgage industry.
Bozorgi has served on the boards of directors for the Real Estate Information Professionals Association and was a founding member and chairman of the Collateral Assessment Technologies Committee. He speaks frequently on practical applications of predictive technologies for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, the Opal Housing Finance Summit, Veros' Predictive Methods Conference, and the Risk Management Association of America.
Bozorgi co-founded Veros in 2001 after spending his early career practicing civil litigation. Recognized by his peers, he was the recipient of October Research Corporation's Top 40 under 40 Award, and named a 2011 Technology All-Star by Mortgage Banking Magazine for his thought leadership. Darius received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his undergraduate business degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is also a registered investment advisor for the State of California.

Bijan Bozorgi, chief financial officer and co-founder of Veros, has more than 35 years of experience in finance, stocks, commodities, options trading and start-up companies. He has founded several companies in electrical manufacturing, electrical contracting, investment banking, automotive financing and software development. During his career he has successfully raised equity investments from individual investors and large institutions and has served on the board of directors of several companies including Credit One, Veros Software and Veros Credit. Bozorgi received his BSEE from Sharif University of Technology.
David Rasmussen, senior vice president, operations for Veros, is responsible for the operational logistics of Veros' numerous valuation analytic and system strategies. With more than 20 years experience in the mortgage industry, he has contributed significantly to Veros' advancement of mortgage-related enterprise risk management systems and collateral valuation services. Focusing on customer-centric business development and product deployment strategies, Rasmussen has worked to expand industry access of these tools for workflow efficiencies through innovative and practical business applications. Rasmussen is MCSE certified and holds a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.

Marc Polansky, senior vice president, business development and general counsel for Veros, provides industry-leading guidance to the company's business development operations and leads the company's legal operations. Previously, Polansky was a senior member at the law firm of Cozen O'Connor where he litigated complex commercial matters. He received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his economics degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. Polansky's keen understanding of the real world risks and rewards of business opportunities makes him an integral member of the Veros management team.

Charles "Chuck" Rumfola, senior vice president, strategic initiatives for Veros, is responsible for building strategic relationships within the mortgage industry, enabling Veros to create and implement solutions that will reduce lender and borrower risk. Before joining Veros, Rumfola worked at Fannie Mae for almost 20 years, and most recently served as vice president of single-family strategic initiatives. In his tenure at Fannie Mae, Rumfola held positions in single-family business, capital markets, and mortgage operations. Rumfola received his master's degree from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
