- Responsible for acquiring and managing new business relationships by selling the Veros systems and analytics.
- Tirelessly prospect national financial, lending, mortgage and capital market institutions
- Schedule appointments with prospects and make formal customer presentations
- Professionally describe and demonstrate all Veros services
- Prepare, deliver and follow up on proposals
- Close new business in accordance with individual sales goals
- Provide timely and accurate prospect and activity data for management reporting and forecasts
- Ambitious, determined, and motivated to succeed
- Contacts on Wall Street and within Capital Markets institutions and investors
- Contacts at large lenders based in the North East U.S.
- Knowledge of residential collateral valuations (Appraisals, BPOs, AVMs)
- Ability to quickly build trust, persuade potential buyers, and overcome objections
- Creative prospecting, interviewing, and strong closing skills
- Self-disciplined with strong work ethic
- Travel as necessary
- Strong group presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Energetic, positive and professional disposition
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
